Course Overview
- This course is aimed at students preparing to achieve a score of 4.0 – 5.0 in the Academic IELTS exam while studying at A2 level
- 15 hours per week
- 3 hours a day either in the morning (09:00-12:15) or in the afternoon (13:45-17:00)
1-23 Weeks: £185 per week
24+ Weeks: £175 per week
- This course is aimed at students preparing to achieve a score of 5.0 or higher in the Academic IELTS exam

Course Description
LEVEL: Before you start your IELTS exam preparation classes, your level of English will be assessed. You must have the required level to join either of our IELTS exam preparation courses.
COURSE LENGTH: It is recommended that you study on this course of a minimum of 4 weeks before taking your test, and to combine this course with General English lessons to develop your overall language and communication skills.
MATERIALS: All materials, including the use of coursebooks, are included in the price.
PRACTICE TESTS: Each week you will answer IELTS exam questions in exam conditions to see your development.
PROGRESS CHECKS:
- Regular homework
- Tutorials for Long-Term Students (enrolled on courses 13+ weeks)
EXTRAS: You can choose to combine this course with General English (Standard).

Additional Information
IELTS for UKVI: If you plan to go to university in the UK you may need to take IELTS for UKVI at a Secure English Language Test (SELT) centre.
The test is the same IELTS tests as other centres. It includes the same: content, format, scoring and level of difficulty.
The Test Report Form is different to show that you have taken the test at an UKVI approved test centre.

EXAM TEST CENTRES: The nearest exam centre for IELTS is in Bournemouth. The nearest IELTS for UKVI centres are in Portsmouth or London.
THE IELTS EXAM: The cost of an IELTS exam is not included in the course fees.
