IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Public Holidays & Christmas Holidays: Please note that the school will remain closed during public holidays throughout the year. In the case of a public holiday being on a Monday the lessons will start the following day on a Tuesday.

Note: During the busy Summer Term accommodation is arranged on a Sunday to Sunday basis only - any requirements outside of this will need to be made with School by arrangement and could incur additional charges
(*) Please note that Juniors can be placed in a homestay in low season ONLY if they come as a part of a group.
(1) This fee applies when the student is away for a full week and the host family has been informed at least one week in advanced.
(**) Twin room is only available if the student is accompanied by a friend or relative, otherwise single fees will apply.
Adult Residential Centre
During the 2010 summer term (20 June - 5 September) at Capital School of English Adult students will be able to stay in our new international student residence which is located on campus in our Summer Centre.
Students must arrive and depart on a Sunday

A returnable deposit of £20 is required on arrival for your key
You will be advised about availability on application and full payment of your course and accommodation is required to be paid in full and in advance.
Summer Collective Transfers - ADULTS & JUNIORS - Direct Students Only
Available from Sunday 27th June until Sunday 29th August 2010.
The school will operate 2 different services detailed below:
Option 1 (Collective School Transfer):
- This service is available for individual junior and adult students requiring to be picked up and returned to Heathrow Airport (Sundays Only).
- The school operates a coach transfer on Sundays only and is applicable for students arriving on flights between 10am and 3pm.
- The school has a number of staff based at the airport responsible for meeting students off flights and transferring them back to Bournemouth.
- All staff will be wearing school uniform and will be in possession of a staff identity card.
- All students requiring this service (16 and under) will need to bring with them the letter of consent from the Parents detailing who will be responsible for them. * please see a sample of the document

Option 2 (School Taxi Transfer):
- This service is available to ALL students travelling outside of the collective transfer window and it will be mandatory for all students 16 and under to order a school taxi to pick them up from the airport and to take them to their home stay accommodation.
- The school works with a local authority registered courier company and all named drivers are issued the students exact details enabling a secure and stress free collection and transfer to Bournemouth.
- New regulations introduced by UKBA have highlighted the need for schools to operate with the welfare of the students in mind. Capital School of English prides itself on the service offered to all its students and this service gives not only the young travellers but also their parents’ peace of mind that their child will be picked up safely on arrival and also checked in** on their departure date.
